    Hands are not for Hitting is a great book to read with children. It reinforces all the great things we can do with our hands and does not give power to repeating NO Hitting.

    I'm also a big fan of Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See? I use it at the beginning of the year when we do a color a week. I'm going to have to check out Hands are not for Hitting. I know some 2 year old's that could really use that lesson. Thank you.

  3. Hi Win, thank you so much for sharing your resources! I also agree that hands are not for hitting is a great book. I read these types of books to my students as well. It helps reinforce the idea that two wrongs do not make a right and to use your words instead of being physical when you are in tough and frustrating situations.
